New Service Request

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE CONTINUING.

New service applicants must complete the Application for Water Service/Water Users Agreement, provide a copy of a photo ID, and provide payment before service can be started in their name.

Welcome to the Consolidated Public Water Supply District No. 1 of Boone County Community. 

Completed documents and photo identification may be submitted in person at the Water District’s office during normal business hours to complete the sign up for new service.

To establish new service online, first fill out the Application for Water Service (below) and then pay the required deposit and fees when presented with your account number provided by email after the Application for Water Service has been processed.

If you do not receive an email from the District with a link to pay your deposit within one (1) business day of submitting your Application, please contact us at 573.449.0324. Service cannot be started until the deposit has been paid. 

 

If establishing new service online, a copy of your photo identification must be emailed to staff@consolidatedwater.com or submitted with the document.

Same day service is not available for online applications. 

Please read the Welcome Letter for important information regarding your water district.  If this is a new meter installation, the Guidelines for New Meter Installations, provides important information to assist you in site preparation and scheduling to avoid unnecessary delays.

Town of Harrisburg customers must establish sewer service with Harrisburg prior to the start of water service with Consolidated Water. Contact Kathy Wilhite, Harrisburg City Clerk, to set up sewer service. Ph. (573) 808-0360
